What is Desi Bhandar Shipping Fee?

1. a) Shipping fee is charged towards providing delivery and post order services including but not limited to, higher than average returns
2. b) Shipping is a value added service charge levied under one of the following circumstances:

1. Orders below a certain value. The value can vary based on the category

1. a) Orders below INR 1199 for all categories except personal care and personal care orders below INR 299 are charged with shipping fee.
2. b) The final shipping fee is calculated post application of any 'coupon benefit' and offers
3. c) The threshold values can change, please review the Shipping Fee at the time of checkout

Refund of Shipping Fee

1. a) If the entire order is lost or undelivered to the preferred location, the complete order amount will be refunded if paid online, including the shipping fee.
2. b) If an order is cancelled partially, shipping charges will not be refunded. In case of whole order cancellation, shipping charges will be refunded.
3. c) In case item/ order is returned, shipping fee is not refunded
4. d) For accounts whose return behaviour does not adhere to our fair usage policy, shipping fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value*.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

Does Desi Bhandar deliver products outside India?

No. At this point, Bhandar delivers products only within India.

Return Process

Please contact our customer service team at info@desibhandar.com to initiate the return process.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
Include your order number and a copy of the packing slip in the package.
Ship the return package to  Office no 794 7th Floor Gaur City Centre Noida Extension G.B Nagar 201308

Refunds:Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including Items that have been customized, personalized, or made to order according to customer specifications are non-returnable. This includes products with engraved names, custom prints, or any alterations requested by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item).
